View settings

Tailor your Media Library to your workflow by defining its default view settings. This ensures your assets are always presented in the way you prefer.

Configure the View

Click the gear icon at the top right of the Media Library to access the configuration panel. Here, you can define the permanent, default settings for the media library.

  • Entries per page: Set the default number of assets to be displayed at once.
  • Default sort order: Choose the default sort criteria for your assets.

The Sort and Filters buttons are located under the headline of the Media Library. The search bar and View button are on the top right of the page. These options allow you to quickly adjust the display and organization of your assets. These options are temporary and will not change your global settings.

  • Sort: Use the sort dropdown to instantly reorder your assets by criteria such as most recent uploads or alphabetical order.
  • Filters: Click the Filters button to refine your view with specific search criteria, such as the date an asset was created.
  • View: Toggle between the grid and List View to change how the assets are displayed in the main table.
  • Search: Use the search bar to quickly find assets by name.
